Most orders are processed within 1 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods are displayed during checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping service.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are estimates only.
Tavion Labs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Incorrect shipping information
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Other events beyond our reasonable control
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment. Resolution may depend on the carrier’s investigation and applicable shipping terms.
International Orders
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for complying with all import laws, taxes, duties, customs fees, and regulations applicable in their country.
Tavion Labs is not responsible for shipments delayed, refused, seized, or destroyed by customs or other governmental authorities.

Products sold by Tavion Labs are intended solely for lawful laboratory and research purposes. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may be legally purchased, imported, possessed, and used in their jurisdiction.
