Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of laboratory research products, Tavion Labs generally does not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or otherwise compromised after delivery.
Order Issues
If you receive:
- The wrong item
- A damaged shipment
- A missing item
- A product that appears defective upon arrival
please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at:

- Description of the issue
- Photographs of the product and packaging when applicable
Approved Returns
If Tavion Labs authorizes a return, the product must:
- Remain unopened
- Be in its original packaging
- Be returned in the condition received
- Be shipped using the instructions provided by Tavion Labs
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the error was caused by Tavion Labs.
Refund processing times vary depending on your financial institution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first so we have an opportunity to resolve the matter before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
